This is what inclusion looks like!

After six weeks of fun, learning and hard work, the 60+ group of men who participated in the preliminary season of the Western Bulldogs’ Sons of the West program have graduated.

And what a happy bunch they are!  A diverse group with one thing in common: the desire to improve their health and live better lives.

They may have had only one thing in common when they started, but now the men have found a community of support they can connect with, and a host of new like-minded interests to share.

Participating in a program like Sons of the West enables them to develop new interests and meet like-minded people that will have a lasting and positive effect on their life.

Congratulations to the three participants supported through annecto David House guys who graduated from this program, and to the two volunteers who genuinely committed to helping the guys to participate and complete the program.

We are still looking for volunteers to help interested people to participate in the June season of the Sons of the West program.

If you’re interested or know someone who would both benefit from the FREE Sons of the West Program, and help a annecto David House participant to attend weekly meetings, give Helen Kowalyk from David House a call on 03 9314 0988 or email helen.kowalyk@annecto.org.au.
