100 days before the NDIS begins rolling out in Victoria

With only one hundred days to go before Victoria starts rolling out the NDIS, we get closer to all Victorians living the life they want to live.

The NDIS is a way of providing individual support for people with disability, their families and carers. It’s a flexible, whole-of-life approach which gives you choice and control over which areas of your life you want support in, when, where and how the support is provided.
The roll-out in Victoria will be gradual over three years and start from the 1st July 2016. Banyule, Whittlesea, Yarra, Nillumbik and Darebin will be the first local government areas to receive the NDIS.
For more information about when the NDIS rolls out in your local area see the roll out schedule in our NDIS newsletter.
