We are looking for NDIS participants, service providers and workers to take part in interviews and surveys to help us identify what makes a great NDIS worker? You can also share ideas on what supports the NDIS workforce need to be the best they can be.
We are holding interviews with a range of stakeholders so we can gather a variety of voices to represent the key challenges and opportunities in delivering client focused NDIS services. In March we will launch surveys for all stakeholders to get involved. The purpose of the project is to develop a framework that will translate the NDIS principles, code of conduct and practice standards into practical day-to-day behaviours. It will help to ensure that NDIS participants experience a consistent, quality service experience, no matter who they interact with.
