FREE Errand Express every Wednesday – Terms and Conditions
- FREE Errand Express every Wednesday is that Annecto staff will provide you the services to support you running your regular errands including paying bills, picking up prescriptions, and grocery shopping. This free service will be only be offered on Wednesdays from 6 – 29 June 2022. You will need to book a 60-minute time slot for this service by visiting Annecto office at Forest Hill Chase or Bentons Square. By entering the FREE Errand Express every Wednesday promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The FREE Errand Express every Wednesday is being run by Annecto Inc (ABN 69 045 491 808) (Annecto).
- The Promotion starts at 9 am, AEST, on 08/06/2022 in Australia – Victoria and ends at 5 pm, AEST, on 29/06/2022 in Australia – Victoria. No entries will be accepted after that time. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Annecto’s database.
- Entry to the promotion is open to the general public, residents of Australia.
- To enter the promotion, the entrant must:
- Register for the promotion at Annecto (Shop 280) at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre or Annecto (Shop SP21) at Bentons Square Shopping Centre.
- Registrations take place from 6 – 29 June 2022, during business hours.
- After registration, the participant will be asked to select one 60-minute (1 hour) time slot for redemption, subject to availability in the promotional period.
- The participant must use the voucher within the offer period of June 2022.
- The promotion can be used only on Wednesdays within the month of June 2022.
- Entry to the promotion is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the promotion, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.
- Entrants may only enter the promotion once.
- Employees of Annecto and their immediate family members, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter the promotion. 9. There will be a limited number of time slots available each Wednesday.
- Annecto’s decision in relation to the participants and any aspect of the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. Annecto may in its absolute discretion deem winning entries invalid subsequent to a participant being notified or announced if it is discovered that the participant did not participate in the promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In such circumstances, the voucher will be awarded to the participant submitting the next highest rated entry.
- If the participant does not avail of the promotion on the registered date and time to claim the offer, the voucher will be invalid.
- If a participant is under the age of 18 years, the voucher will be given to the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
- The voucher can be collected from Annecto (Shop 280) at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre or Annecto (Shop SP21) at Bentons Square Shopping Centre upon registration.
- Annecto accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. Annecto is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any nature associated with this promotion. Annecto is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple addresses or aliases may be disqualified.
- By entering the promotion the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years.If under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the promotion.
- Annecto may require the participants to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Annecto’s discretion.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash or an alternative voucher.
- Annecto is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
- Annecto accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the voucher, either during or after the promotion.
- Entry into the promotion signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
- Personal information provided by an entrant to Annecto for the purpose of entering the promotion will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Annecto’s Privacy Statement . Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Annecto’s Privacy Statement and these Terms and Conditions.
