- Buy 1 Get 1 Free (MySupport) promotion is when you purchase a service from Annecto – MySupport at Annecto – Forest Hill Chase and Annecto – Bentons Square Shopping Centre you will receive one free hour equivalent of the purchased service which is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. By entering the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE (MySupport) promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Buy 1 Get 1 FREE (MySupport) is run by Annecto Inc (ABN 69 045 491 808) (Annecto).
- The Promotion starts at 9 am, AEST, on 06/06/2022 in Australia – Victoria and ends at 5 pm, AEST, on 30/06/2022 in Australia – Victoria. No entries will be accepted after that time. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Annecto’s database.

- Entry to the promotion is open to the general public and who must be a resident of Australia.
- To enter the promotion, the entrant must:
- Purchase a service from Annecto – MySupport including homecare, social support, respite service, or tech support.
- Purchase of the service can be made only at Annecto (Shop 280) at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre or Annecto (Shop SP21) at Bentons Square Shopping Centre.
- Entry to the promotion is free. Participants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the promotion, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.
- Participants may only enter the promotion once.
- Employees of Annecto and their immediate family members, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies are not eligible to enter the promotion.
- There will be unlimited vouchers. Each voucher will be one hour free equivalent to the purchased service.
- If the participant does not respond to claim the voucher within 3 months of the date of purchase, the voucher will be invalidated.
- If a participant is under the age of 18 years, the voucher will be given to the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
- The voucher can be collected from an Annecto office at Forest Hill Chase or Bentons Square Shopping Centres.
- Annecto accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure, or otherwise. Annecto is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any nature associated with this promotion. Annecto is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Participants who enter using multiple addresses or aliases may be disqualified.
- By entering the promotion the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years. If under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the promotion.
- Annecto may require the participants to provide proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Annecto’s discretion.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash or an alternative voucher.
