annecto twentyfour7 is available to provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. annecto twentyfour7 is focused on the provision of planned personal support, respite, community access and in-home support to clients of annecto. This service is also available to be purchased by external agencies and individuals in the community

annecto twentyfour7 also incorporates our unique statewide After-hours Response Team (ART) which operates from 5pm – 9am on Weekdays and 24 Hrs a day on Weekends and Public Holidays. ART provides full after hours replacement services to annecto, external agencies and individuals. In addition the program provides the free Emergency After-hours Response Service (EARS) to people with a disability, older persons, and their carers living in the Eastern, Northern and Western Melbourne Metropolitan and Grampians Regions of Victoria.
