- Over 90% of employers who had recently employed a person with disability said they would be happy to continue to employ people with disability.1
- Employees with disability averaged one-sixth the recorded occupational health and safety incidents of employees without disability.1
- 90% of employees with disability record productivity rates equal or greater than other workers.1
- 98% have average or superior safety records.1
- 86% have average or superior attendance records.1

Depending on eligibility, annecto Job Connections can offer the following incentives for your business:
- Wage Subsidies - financial assistance through wage subsidies to employers who employ eligible workers with a disability. The subsidy may be available after 13 weeks of employment.
- Work Experience Placement Programme – this programme meets the cost of work-related insurance (personal accident and public liability insurance) for eligible job seekers. This support gives you the chance to try somebody out before hiring them, and they have an opportunity to gain experience and learn new skills.
- Workplace Modification Scheme – this scheme assists staff to work efficiently within the existing workplace. The funds cover the cost of any special equipment or adjustment that is needed to accommodate a worker in a job.
- Auslan for Employment Programme – to assist employers to support deaf employees and their co-workers in the workplace with Auslan interpreting services and training.
- Australian Apprenticeships Incentive Programme - financial incentives and assistance to eligible employers who take on and train an Australian Apprentice or trainee.
- Assistance to Apprentices with Disabilities - a subsidy is paid
- to employers for the entire period of the apprenticeship. Tutorial assistance and workplace modification are available. This is in addition
- to existing Apprenticeship Incentive Program.
