Consumer Directed Care packages

annecto’s successful tender of the Consumer Directed Aged Care Applications to the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing  (DoHA) has just been announced and annecto has been awarded 20 packages (ranging from CACP’s, EACH and EACH Dementia) for self- directed community aged care.

The distributions of the awarded packages are as follows:
Loddon Mallee:    5 Consumer Directed packages
Grampians:    12 Consumer Directed packages
Western Metro Region:    3 Consumer Directed packages
These packages are significant for annecto, as it actively promotes individuals that we support to have more control of their aged care package such as rostering, support agency selection, rostering of services etc. This builds on the fantastic work done on CDC in the Ringwood office (Stage 1) and is great recognitions for annecto’s vision in regards to how we deliver services to people. In addition, this announcement increases our presence in the Grampians region. With thanks to Adam Carozza, Lando Antonelli, Adam Schickerling and other involved managers who led the submission process as well as all the people who have contributed both directly and indirectly to the credibility of annecto in respect to CDC with DoHA.
