The annecto Learning & Development team are an internal group of learning specialists who work collaboratively with staff to assess, design and deliver targeted learning and practice building programs that maintain and enhance staff development throughout their career at annecto.

 These learning experiences enable our people to better partner with colleagues, enhance the holistic support they provide people in the community and increase the sharing of specialist knowledge throughout the sectors we work in.

 We offer a diverse organisational Learning Program for our people that includes:

1. Mandatory training: to increase the quality of care for people supported; annecto ensures that all direct support staff enjoy courses that are essential for their role.

2. Internally facilitated: designed and delivered by experienced annecto staff so you know you are getting tailored and relevant knowledge and skills.

3. Individual focused: programs that assist staff who directly support individuals to better understand their unique needs and interests.

4. Professional development: programs and courses that focus on enhancing Leadership & Management Development.

5. Conferences, seminars and forums: these are sector specific for aged, community care or disability related and provides topical information to keep staff up-to-date on current issues and offer valuable networking with other organisations and individuals.

6. Tailor-built programs: our Learning and Development team offer a consulting service to identify specialist areas of capability development and design and deliver tailor-made programs.

7. Career coaching and support: tailored one-on-one Career Coaching and Support service that assists staff navigate their career paths with annecto and identify key steps and development.

8. Study-assistance to assist you in an approved course of formal study.
