Our CEO and Board 

Estelle Fyffe

CEO

Estelle Fyffe is the Chief Executive Officer of annecto - the people network and has worked across a range of community, health and education settings.  She holds postgraduate qualifications in psychology and management, with particular interests in Innovation and Human Systems. She is a member of the Victorian State Committee for National Disability Services, the Australian Psychological Society, the Australian Institute of Human Resources Institute, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

 

Adrian Corsello

President

Adrian is the Managing Director of Axion Construction Pty Ltd.  Adrian was involved in the strategic planning of Mont Park Hospital's redevelopment and has a depth of experience in business and client focus.

 

 

Michael Johns

Vice President

Michael is a Partner with Maddocks Lawyers and has broad legal experience in banking, financial services, insolvency and general commercial issues.

 

 

Viv Beer

Treasurer

Viv is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, with more than 30 years of experience in Chartered Accounting and the mining industry.  Viv’s passion is with golf at a national and club level for many years and is currently Chairman of The Presidents Cup Committee managing more than 1,400 volunteers at the most significant golf event in Australia.  Viv chairs the annecto Financial Analysis Committee and always enjoys opportunities to visit members of the annecto community.

 

 

Ross Joyce

Secretary and Public Officer

Following an extended period in local government, Ross established a management consultancy business and operated several retail outlets.  Ross is currently the CEO of Pivot West, and chairs the annecto Sustainability Committee.

 

 

Jennifer Burrows

Jennifer has a wealth of experience in industry training and change management and is currently working with Box Hill Institute managing higher education curriculum development and implementation as well as promoting learning partnerships between educational organisations. Jennifer chairs the Culture (people, practice and innovation) committee.

  

 

Dr Stephen Duns

Stephen has a passion for helping individuals, organisations and communities identify their potential, and then supporting them to achieve it. He believes deeply that a strengths-based approach, storytelling and systems thinking are key factors in human emergence. Stephen is an experienced coach and mentor. His career includes several Chief Executive Officer and general management roles in health and community services in Australia and the UK and consultancy primarily in the not-for-profit and government sectors.

 

 

Ian Gray

Ian has an extensive management background and is currently working with community groups and local councils on accessibility issues affecting people with disabilities.  Ian is a graduate of Leadership Plus.

 

 

Peter Jones

Peter's professional background is in marketing, sales, strategy and financing, and he is a graduate in economics and Asian studies. He currently works as General Manager Nissan Finance Australia.

 

 

Kim Jordan

Kim has previously been a union vice president and is currently a Principal consultant with GHD, a major consulting firm working internationally on projects spanning water, energy, environment, property, and transportation. Her work has a focus on community and stakeholder consultation, and includes facilitation, negotiation and change management. Life experiences include caring for a family member with dementia and being the 'pack leader' of two teenage boys and a Jack Russell terrier. 

 

Michael Nazzari 

Michael has an extensive background in people, association and education management, most recently as General Manager for the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Victoria and Tasmania). He is a graduate in economics, commerce and arts and experienced in community work and as a municipal councillor.
