When you remember annecto in your Will, you become a partner in our life-changing work and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.  Your gift will assist people with a disability, older persons and carers to achieve their goals and have lifestyles that increase their opportunities and links within the community.

 

Bequests are often referred to as “the gift that never stops giving”. These gifts are generally used for capital development projects.

If you would you like to leave a legacy, we recommend the following paragraph be included in your will.

 

 

“I give and bequeath the sum of $_______________ to annecto nominee incorporated of 81 Cowper Street , Footscray 3011 to be used for its general charitable purposes.  I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive or Public Officer for the time being shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors and Trustees who shall not be bound to see to the application thereof.”

 

If you intend to give a percentage of the residual estate or a specific asset to annecto, it is recommended your solicitor be contacted so that an effective provision is provided in the Will.
