Estelle Fyffe
CEO
Prior to joining annecto Estelle worked as a psychologist, educator and/or manager in education, employment, mental health, disability, child and family settings. Estelle has postgraduate qualifications in psychology and management, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and in 2002 was the recipient of a Harvard Fellowship.
Ed Sill
President
Ed is the Chief Executive Officer of an international manufacturer and supplier of industrial products. Ed also coached a football team of people with intellectual disabilities for several years. In addition to being the treasurer, Ed chairs the Finance/Risk Management Committee.
Michael Johns
Vice President
Michael is a Partner with Maddocks Lawyers and has broad legal experience in banking, financial services, insolvency and general commercial issues.
Shane MacDonald
Treasurer
Shane is a qualified accountant with 16 years experience spanning public sector audit, private practice insolvency and reconstruction as well as forensic accounting in the United Kingdom. Shane currently works for the Australian Securities & Investments Commission in Compliance.
Adrian Corsello
Secretary and Public Officer
Adrian is the Managing Director of Axion Construction Pty Ltd. Adrian was involved in the strategic planning of Mont Part Hospital's redevelopment and has a depth of experience in business and client focus. Adrian also chairs the David House Redevelopment Committee.
Craig Goesch
Craig has worked with community groups for over ten years and during this time has
developed an in depth understanding of service systems and government polices affecting
people with a disability and their carers.
Jennifer Burrows
Jennifer has a wealth of experience in industry training and change management and is currently working with Box Hill Institute managing higher education curriculum development and implantation as well as promoting learning partnerships between educational organisations.
Jenny Walsh
Jenny has a nursing background which includes care of older persons in acute and sub acute environments, and has for some years been working in senior management roles in health care services. Jenny is currently with Western Health as Divisional Director Medicine, COGS and Aged Care.
Lydia Dennett
Lydia has over twenty years of experience in the health industry with extensive experience in both acute and chronic health care, paediatric and disability services. Lydia is currently the Director of Nursing, Site Manger and Divisional Director of Intensive Care and the Centre for Cardiovascular Therapeutics, at The Western Hospital, Footscray.
Debbie King
Debbie is Managing Director of Success Works, a social policy consultancy company, and has skills in evaluation, facilitation, organisational development and community and strategic planning. Debbie has a background in the Victorian public service in education, women�s policy and correctional services. She is currently undertaking a PhD in the School of Social Work and Social Policy at La Trobe University.
Ross Joyce
Following an extended period in local government, Ross established a management consultancy business and operated several retail outlets.
Ian Gray
Ian has an extensive management background and is currently working with community groups and local councils on accessibility issues affecting people with disabilities. Ian was a 2007 graduate of the LeadershipPlus program.
Russell Jones
Russell currently works for PPB, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Reconstruction Specialists. Russell has spent the last seven years in this industry during which time he has been involved in the management of a number of Corporate Insolvencies and Investigations. Russell has also had extensive experience dealing with various Federal and State Departments in regards to Aged Care Facilities and working with Indigenous Communities. Prior to joining PPB, Russell worked for 30 years in the Banking sector and has vast experience with three major Banking organisations particularly in the commercial, retail and international fields, both inside and outside of Australia.
